I had this idea as soon as I saw President’s Choice new seasonal product pretzel rolls. I halved and toasted the buns closed as per the direction so the outside was crispy but the inside remained soft. Thin slices of dark chocolate yieldingly melted on the warm bread beneath toasted marshmallows. A small pinch of fleur de sel makes this childhood treat a bit more grown up.
